Refund + Cancellation
All purchases are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 72 hours notice, and we will do our best to reschedule your order for a later date based on availability. To request a cancellation or rescheduling, please email info@bakesngrazing.com. Orders canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled order time are not eligible for rescheduling.
Deliveries
Please provide clear delivery instructions and any necessary gate codes for us.
Someone must be present to accept the delivery, as our boards should be refrigerated if they are not being served immediately. Deliveries will arrive within a 30-minute window before or after the requested time. If there are any schedule changes, we will contact you to confirm the recipient’s availability.
If no one is available to accept the delivery, we unfortunately cannot leave the order at the door due to quality and food safety standards. We will wait up to 10 minutes for someone to receive the order.
Please ensure the delivery address and contact information are correct when placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if there are any changes to your schedule and we will do our best to accommodate.

If my guests have allergies or dietary restrictions are you able to accommodate them?
Absolutely! We can customize boards and grazing tables to accommodate dietary needs such as vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, or pork-free options.

How much does a grazing table cost?
All grazing tables are custom designed for each event, so pricing varies depending on guest count and menu selections. Please fill out the inquiry form on our Contact page or email info@bakesngrazing.com & we can chat!




How long does charcuterie stay fresh?
Our charcuterie boards and grazing tables are best enjoyed within 2 hours at room temperature for optimal freshness and food safety. If there are leftovers, many items can be covered and refrigerated to enjoy later the same day.
Do you travel outside Waterloo Region?
Yes, we serve locations within a 100 km radius of Waterloo Region. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance.
Do you provide decor, plates, napkins, or cutlery?
Yes, we can provide decor styling as well as plates, napkins, and cutlery upon request. These items are available for an additional fee.
Can grazing tables be set up outdoors?
Yes, as long as the setup area is shaded and protected from direct sunlight or extreme weather to ensure food quality and safety.
