If you cancel your grazing table order with less than 72 hours notice before the scheduled delivery or event date, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation 72 Hours or More Before the Event (Grazing Table):

If you cancel your grazing table order 72 hours or more before the scheduled delivery or event date, a full refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

If you cancel your charcuterie board order with less than 48 hours notice before the scheduled delivery or event date, no refund will be provided.

If you cancel your charcuterie board order 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery or event date, a full refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

Refunds for cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event will be processed promptly and typically take 1-5 business days to reflect in your account if the original payment method was via debit or credit card.
